Josep Carreras will perform at the Pingtung Performing Arts Center in Pingtung County, Taiwan, on 27 October 2019. He will be accompanied by a local choir and a soprano on this special concert, on occasion of the 10th anniversary of the tragedy of the Typhoon Morakot, a tragedy which caused more than 700 deaths. Josep Carreras will offer a concert at the Hallenstadion in Zurich on 18 October 2019, 8pm local time . The concert has been postponed. The new date will be announced as soon as possible.

Josep Carreras will offer a concert in Bangkok, Thailand next 23 October 2019. The event is part of the 21st Festival of Dance and Music and will take part at the Thailand Cultural Center.  The legendary tenor will be joined by soprano Celine Byrne and the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Giménez. The 25th anniversary edition of the José Carreras Gala will be held back again in Leipzig and will be broadcast live by MDR, as originally was since 1995, on 12 December 2019. Josep Carreras will offer a special concert at the November, 10  , Japan Concert at the Fenice Sacay in Sakai (Osaka Prefecture), Japan, next 10 November 2019.  He will share the stage with soprano Fujii Shonan, baritone Kyu Won Han and the Japan Century Symphony Orchestra conducted by Yu Sado. Josep Carreras will take part to "El somriure de Montserrat Caballé", a special tribute to Montserrat Caballé, which will be hosted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona next 12 April 2019, the day in which the late soprano would celebrate her birthday. Other artists will participate, such as Jaume Aragall, Joan Pons, Albano, Paata Burchuladze, Begoña Alberdi, María Gallego o Josep Bros, among others. Other artists, unable to attend, will be there through video messages, such as Plácido Domingo, Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Roberto Alagna o Juan Diego Flórez.
