Josep Carreras to take part to the tribute "El somriure de Montserrat Caballé" at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona next 12 Abril 2019
Josep Carreras will take part to "El somriure de Montserrat Caballé", a special tribute to Montserrat Caballé, which will be hosted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona next 12 April 2019, the day in which the late soprano would celebrate her birthday. Other artists will participate, such as Jaume Aragall, Joan Pons, Albano, Paata Burchuladze, Begoña Alberdi, María Gallego o Josep Bros, among others. Other artists, unable to attend, will be there through video messages, such as Plácido Domingo, Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Roberto Alagna o Juan Diego Flórez. The moderator will be Lluís Pasqual, and conductor will be Guillermo García Calvo.
