Josep Carreras back to Salzburg to take part to the Grand Rossini Gala at the Whitsun Festival 2014 (8 June 2014)
Josep Carreras is one of the many opera stars to join at the Grand Rossini Gala at the Salzburg Whintsun Festival 2014, that will take place at the Großes Festspielehaus on 8 June 2014, 8pm.
The other performers are Agnes Baltsa, Cecilia Bartoli, Teresa Berganza, Montserrat Caballé, Vesselina Kasarova, Montserrat Martí, Ildebrando D'Arcangelo, José Camerena, Carlos Chausson, Alessandro Corbelli, Leo Nucci, Michele Pertusi, Ruggero Raimondi, Erwin Schrott, and the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg.

The revenue of this charity concert goes to the Salzburg based “Kinderseelenhilfe”. This organisation offers mentally ill children professional help and treatment to let them grow into healthy adults with a chance for a bright future"
